Physics faculty member Dr. Andy Hollerman, his wife Lynn Hollerman (Enterprise Application Services), and three physics students (John Miller, Grace Trahan, and Charles Fauver) prepared and served seven briskets (8-10 pounds each) for lunch as part of the UL Lafayette NASA Regional Application Center (RAC - https://rac.louisiana.edu) meeting on June 1, 2023 at Abdalla Hall. Dr. Hollerman has been preparing briskets for this meeting for most of the last decade. This year, the meeting had 75 in-person attendees with 25 additional remote attendees (who did not taste the brisket).  The Director of the RAC is Brent Yantis.
